As a Tower Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy lifting equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites. This role involves ensuring all loads are handled correctly, monitoring crane performance, and maintaining strict safety standards to support daily site operations.

Equipment Operation & Safety
- Ensure the tower crane and all related equipment are functioning properly before use.
- Verify that loads are correctly attached and secured before lifting.
- Monitor and control the speed and movement of the load to ensure safety.
- Never exceed the crane’s rated lifting capacity.
Inspection & Maintenance
- Conduct regular checks to identify faults, damages, or hazards.
- Report any issues immediately to the site supervisor or maintenance team.
Communication & Coordination
- Work closely with ground crews and site managers to coordinate lifts.
- Follow instructions precisely to ensure efficient and safe operations.
