Job Role: First-Level Builder (EMSB + DNV Certified, 1–6+ Years Experience)
Job Description: We are looking for experienced Scaffolders to join construction projects across the Netherlands under the CAO Bouw (Façade) sector. Candidates will work in environments such as new buildings, commercial sites, and parking structures, assembling and dismantling scaffolding structures using Layher or Cuplock systems.
Job Role: First-Level Builder (EMSB + DNV Certified, 1–6+ Years Experience)
Responsibilities:
• Lead scaffolding assembly and dismantling for complex structures
• Supervise and train junior scaffolders and helpers
• Liaise with site supervisors and engineers for project planning
• Conduct regular safety checks and compliance audits
Requirements:
• DNV + EMSB certifications
• Strong leadership and technical skills
• 3–6 years experience in scaffolding
• Deep knowledge of Dutch safety standards and best practices
