Job Summary
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth through effective sales leadership, strategic planning, and strong client relationship management within the natural stones and building materials market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets by expanding market presence and client relationships.
- Develop sales plans, prepare reports and forecasts, and coordinate activities with the sales team.
- Promote product knowledge, analyze competitor activities, and effectively communicate product value to customers.
- Build relationships with dealers, visit project sites, and represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
- 5–10 years of sales experience, preferably as a Sales Manager in the tiles or building materials industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and onboard new clients successfully.
Salary
₦600,000 and above per month.
