We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Retail Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of 3 retail mega stores.
The ideal candidate must have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets, maintaining high operational standards, and leading a diverse team effectively.
The Branch Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, maximizing profitability, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall operations of the retail branch, ensuring smooth daily activities.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of all department heads, supervisors, and floor staff.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed store revenue targets.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure effective inventory control and replenishment.
- Maintain high standards of merchandising, store layout, and product display.
- Analyze sales reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate staff performance to foster a productive team.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on sales performance, staffing, and operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and the head office on deliveries, pricing, and product updates.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and ensure cost control across store operations.
- Drive customer engagement initiatives and promote brand loyalty
Qualifications and Requirements 
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Branch Manager or Store Manager in a retail mega store (office supplies, electronics, or IT chain).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and customer service standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be goal-oriented, strategic, and able to make sound business decisions.
- Willing to travel to Equatorial Guinea
- A valid international passport is mandatory
Full-time (including weekends and public holidays, on shift rotation as required).
