Job Description: Project Supervisor / Project In-Charge Manager (Ajaokuta Plant)

We are expanding our team and seeking a qualified Project Supervisor / Project In-Charge Manager to oversee operations at our Ajaokuta Plant. This role is responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating project teams, and ensuring smooth project execution from planning to completion.

The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, contractors, and production teams to manage day-to-day operations and ensure all activities align with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily project operations at the Ajaokuta Plant.
  • Coordinate activities between project managers, contractors, and site teams.
  • Act as a liaison to ensure clear communication and efficient workflow.
  • Prepare and monitor project schedules and oversee project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
  • Identify and resolve site issues, delays, and risks promptly.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.
  • Support efficient use of manpower, materials, and resources.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Supervisor, Project In-Charge, or related role.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning and execution.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Experience in plant, construction, or industrial projects is an advantage.
