Learning & Development Manager
Role Overview
The L&D Manager is responsible for developing and implementing learning strategies, SOPs, and programs aligned with organizational objectives. You will design competency frameworks and career pathways for both technical and non-technical staff while managing the full Talent Life Cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Design: Conduct cross-departmental training needs assessments (Production, Safety, Quality, etc.) and design blended learning solutions, including e-learning and classroom workshops.
- Execution: Produce training materials, facilitate sessions, and manage leadership development and OD solutions.
- Analytics: Utilize LMS data to analyze training effectiveness, manage evaluations, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Project Management: Lead end-to-end L&D projects with a focus on quality, detailed execution, and vendor management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Psychology, or Business (Master’s/Professional L&D qualification preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in L&D, talent development, or training delivery.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with LMS administration, training evaluation methodologies, and MS Office (authoring tools are a plus).
