Job Role: Air Cargo Handler – Assembly & Inventory Management
Job Description:
We are seeking energetic and responsible Freight Handlers to join a leading employer at Frankfurt am Main Airport. The role involves assembling, securing, and managing air cargo units, working shifts including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
• Assemble and disassemble cargo units (Build Up and Break Down)
• Secure cargo units and internal cargo carriers
• Receive, store, and verify cargo in designated areas
• Sort, count, control, and prepare shipments on time
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels
• Ensure cleanliness and order within workspaces
• Perform tasks per guidelines and implement process improvements
Work Schedule:
• Rotating 3 shifts: 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00
• 6-month probation period (long-term candidates preferred)
Requirements:
• English proficiency minimum A2/B1 (B1/B2 preferred)
• Physically fit and able to work shifts
• Clean criminal record certificate required
• Continuous employment for past 5 years (max 6 months gaps allowed)
• Must provide required documentation (ID, employment proof, residence records)
Training & Development:
• 4-week preparatory course in English near the airport
• LUSI training on air cargo security and safety
• DGR training on handling dangerous goods
