Nationality: Self Employed EU Nationals
Hours per Week: Minimum 40 hours (additional hours during peak season)
Days Off: Typically 2 days off per week
Restaurant Schedule: Open all days of the week
Qualifications:
• Communicative spoken English
• Swedish language skills a plus (not compulsory)
• Positive attitude towards physical work
• Good health condition (no back problems)
• Experienced chef familiar with Swedish and French culinary traditions
• Several years’ experience in high-volume kitchens
• Strong teamwork skills
Preference:
Candidates with several years of experience working in busy kitchens with high volume demand, especially knowledgeable in Swedish and French cuisine and culinary traditions.
