Role Overview
The Business Development Director / Head of Growth is responsible for driving revenue expansion, market penetration, and strategic partnerships across printer hardware, managed print services, and enterprise IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth and business development strategies
  • Identify and pursue enterprise, institutional, and public sector opportunities
  • Build strategic relationships with OEMs, distributors, and partners
  • Lead proposals, tenders, negotiations, and contract closures
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align growth initiatives
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity
  • Maintain a strong and sustainable sales pipeline

Key Requirements

  • 8–12 years’ experience in business development or commercial leadership roles
  • Strong background in B2B and enterprise solution sales
  • Proven success closing high-value and long-cycle deals
  • Experience in printer hardware, MPS, or enterprise IT services is an advantage
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • MBA or a relevant professional certification is an added advantage
