Brand & Marketing Manager

Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced and creative Brand & Marketing Manager to manage both the digital and physical presence of the brand.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, leading campaigns, evaluating performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to drive brand growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan and coordinate digital and offline marketing activities to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
Collaborate with internal teams to promote products and services through creative campaigns.
Track, analyze, and optimize marketing campaign performance for improved results.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in marketing or brand management.
Strong commercial acumen with good knowledge of digital tools, graphics/AI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills; digital marketing experience is an added advantage.

Salary
₦700,000 net monthly and above (depending on experience).
