Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – Adhesives and Grout to lead sales operations and drive business growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing revenue through effective sales leadership, strategic planning, and strong client relationship management within the building materials market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets for adhesives and grout products.
- Develop sales strategies, prepare reports and forecasts, and coordinate activities with the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and key stakeholders in the industry.
- Promote product knowledge, monitor competitor activities, and represent the company at trade shows and project sites.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 5–10 years of sales experience, preferably in the tiles or building materials industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and onboard new clients successfully.
Salary
₦600,000 – ₦700,000 monthly.
