Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – Corporate / Project Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in strategic planning, client relationship management, and expanding market presence within the building materials industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead corporate and project sales to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Develop sales plans, prepare reports, and coordinate activities with the sales team.
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate developers, dealers, and key industry stakeholders.
- Promote product knowledge, monitor competitors, and represent the company at project sites and trade events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 5–10 years of sales experience, preferably in the tiles or building materials industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and manage corporate/project clients successfully.
Salary
₦700,000 and above per month, plus other incentives.
