Role Overview
The Technical & Operations Director / COO (Technology) will oversee all technical, service delivery, and operational functions, ensuring high service quality, operational efficiency, and SLA compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical, operations, and service delivery teams
- Oversee managed print services operations and installations
- Ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction
- Develop operational processes, KPIs, and quality standards
- Manage service risks, escalations, and business continuity
- Coordinate OEM(EPSON) technical standards and certifications
- Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization
Key Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in technical or operations leadership roles
- Strong background in printer hardware, MPS, or IT service delivery
- Experience managing large technical or field service teams
- Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and service contracts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Technical or operational certifications are an added advantage.
