Role Overview
The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating across multiple business units to align organizational objectives and generate new revenue opportunities. Once development goals are established, the candidate will be responsible for conducting due diligence, budgeting, and creating timelines for business initiatives. The role also requires reviewing legal responsibilities and contracts to ensure full compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior management, employees, contractors, and local teams to ensure alignment of business development goals.
  • Conduct due diligence, budgeting, and develop timelines for projects and business initiatives.
  • Build and manage relationships to generate new revenue streams and business opportunities.
  • Review contracts and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
  • Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and strategic partnerships within the HR consulting space.
  • Develop and execute effective sales and business development strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, bids, pitches, and client presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and service agreements with clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and institutional clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ management or business development experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
