Job Description:
As a Shutter Worker, you will be responsible for erecting precise concrete forms to ensure that, once removed, the surface remains clean and properly finished without the need for additional rendering. This role demands accuracy, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of formwork and concrete processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure shutter according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Prepare shuttering materials and assemble formwork for concrete structures.
- Refill formwork with concrete accurately and ensure proper curing.
- Dismantle shutters carefully to maintain the integrity of the finished surface.
Requirements:
- European citizens or other country nationals with a valid work permit
- Previous experience as a Shutter Worker or in formwork construction is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements and assembly.
- Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Commitment to safety and quality on site.
