We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative with a background in pharmacy to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in or with pharmacies, a strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and services, and excellent communication skills. You will play a key role in promoting and selling our products to pharmacies, healthcare providers, and other relevant clients.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell pharmaceutical products or healthcare services to new and existing clients.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Conduct product presentations and training sessions as needed.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer insights.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Requirements
Minimum Education: SSCE / WAEC / NECO
Experience: Previous work experience in a pharmacy is required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Must be organized, proactive, and target-driven
Willing to travel for sales visits
Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage
Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: ₦50,000
Transport Allowance: ₦10,000
Incentives/Commission: Based on performance
